Verónica Pavón · Dancer & teacher
Oriental, Spanish & Latin dance performances.
I’m Verónica Pavón, an international Oriental dancer and fusion artist. Rooted in music and Andalusian heritage, my dance connects cultures and stories through movement
On stage
Performances
Through dance, I connect with people and places, sharing rhythm, emotion, and a part of myself in every performance. My background in Oriental dance, anthropology, and music shapes the way I move and the stories I bring to the stage.
My international career has taken me to luxury hotels and festivals around the world. Wherever I perform, I draw on my cultural roots and artistic training to create captivating experiences that stay with the audience.
The artist · The journey
Music, roots & movement
My journey began with music in Valencia, where conservatory training and Music Education shaped my understanding of rhythm. My Andalusian roots later found a connection in Arabic music and Oriental dance, opening a path of continuous artistic exploration.
Dance has taken me across cultures, from Bali and Brazil to Dubai and Egypt. As a social and cultural anthropologist and former Oriental Dance Professor at the University of Valencia, I bring musicality, cultural curiosity and a sense of meditation to my work.
Learning to dance also means understanding what you dance.
